There’s a lot of art to see this weekend, not to mention music, theater, comedy, and more. Here are some highlights.

Sculpture exhibits at 3S Artspace

Two inspiring sculptors will open shows at 3S Artspace in Portsmouth with a reception on Friday from 5-8 p.m. Inspired by natural beauty, “Noticing Light” features joyful spaces created by Christina Watka. And Margaret Jacobs, a member of the Akwesasne Mohawk Tribe, celebrates indigenous culture with “Kinship Connections.”

“The Grinch” at STAR Theatre

Safe Haven Ballet’s uplifting adaptation of “The Grinch” is an interactive experience that features classical and contemporary holiday music, professional ballet dancers, and narration. The show takes place at STAR Theatre in the Kittery Community Center for one night only on Friday from 6-8 p.m. Tickets are $25-$30. Learn more here.

“A Tuna Christmas” at The Players’ Ring

Two comedians play more than 20 roles in “A Tuna Christmas,” a hilarious sequel to “Greater Tuna.” Set in the third-smallest town in Texas, it’s on stage at The Players’ Ring in Portsmouth from Nov. 22-Dec. 1. Show times are Fridays at 7:30 p.m., Saturdays at 2:30 and 7:30 p.m., and Sundays at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $26-$29. Learn more here.

Three concerts at The Dance Hall

The Dance Hall kicks off another eclectic weekend of music in Kittery with the latest iteration of its Honoring a Tradition series, in which local favorites the Soggy Po’ Boys celebrate the life and music of Kid Ory on Friday from 7:30-9 p.m. ($12-$24). Local singer-songwriter Todd Hearon celebrates his new album, “Impossible Man,” during a show with Jake Davis + The Whiskey Stones on Saturday from 7:30-9:30 p.m. ($10-$22). And the Jake Blount Trio combines world music with percussive dance on Sunday from 6-7:30 p.m. ($15-$25). Learn more here.

Hard rock shows at The Stone Church

Hair metal isn’t dead! But don’t take our word for it; let underground legends Camarojuana prove it when they bring their world tour to The Stone Church in Newmarket on Friday from 7:30-11 p.m. ($15-$20). On Saturday at 9 p.m., Not Fade Away Band presents the mashup tribute show Who’s Dead Zeppelin? ($15-$20). Learn more here.

Mighty Mystic at The Press Room

Don’t miss your chance to see a rising reggae star on a small local stage. Fresh off the release of a new single, “Patiently Waiting,” Jamaican-born reggae sensation Mighty Mystic (now based in Somerville, Mass.) will make his Press Room debut in Portsmouth on Friday at 8 p.m. Tickets are $15-$20. Live music on the Button Factory Stage

High-energy Seacoast upstarts the Zac Francis Band shares the Button Factory Stage with opener Nick Rolser at WSCA Radio in Portsmouth on Friday from 8-10 p.m. ($15-$20). On Saturday, Dover-based country-pop act the Taylor Marie Trio splits the bill with local singer-songwriter Harrison Goodell from 7-10 p.m. ($10-$15). Learn more here.

Fine Holiday Craft & Artisan Show

Knock a few names off your holiday shopping list at the fifth annual Great New England Fine Holiday Craft & Artisan Show. The Rim Sports Complex in Hampton will be filled with around 150 exhibitors of fine handmade products on Saturday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. There’s a $5 entry fee. Portsmouth Holiday Arts Tour

The original and longest running home studio arts tour on the Seacoast returns this weekend. The  24th annual Portsmouth Holiday Arts Tour features a total of 14 talented regional artists stationed at seven in-person studios. Voices from the Heart Fall Concerts

Celebrate 30 years of singing with Voices from the Heart in Portsmouth on Saturday. The local chorus will mark this special anniversary with two fall concerts — themed “Keep On Loving Boldly” — at South Church on Saturday: a matinee from 4-5:30 p.m. and an evening show from 7:30-9 p.m. Tickets are $20. Alex Giampapa at McCue’s Comedy Club

“Beast of Eden” at N.H. Theatre Project

Dive In Productions returns to Portsmouth on Sunday for the next installment of its Dive In-Cubator series. New Hampshire Theatre Project will host a stage reading of “Beast of Eden,” Will Saxe’s satirical sendup of corporate culture, followed by a talkback.
