Join us in the Gallery at 3S on the winter solstice to celebrate the return of the light in a yoga class surrounded by the “Noticing Light” exhibition in the Gallery at 3S Artspace.
Participants will be led through an all-levels vinyasa class with a focus on honoring the light within while embracing the rebirth of the sun.
Please bring a padded mat, blanket and water. Light refreshments will be provided after class by Galley Provisions. There will be a brief introduction to Christina Watka’s artwork to begin class.

Katie Johnson Rollins is the founder and lead instructor at Nubble Light Yoga in York, Maine. Katie has been teaching on the Seacoast for 10+ years and is passionate about accessibility to yoga. Her classes are suitable for beginners and advanced students alike with an emphasis on breath, mindfulness and spiritual self-care.
